SCORING GUIDE:

This is an awareness-raising instrument that also allows a person affected by another's gambling to indicate what assistance they desire.

   1. A 'Yes' to any one of the last three responses to the first question identifies that the person may be adversely affected by another's gambling.

   2. Question two provides and opportunity for the person to identify any effect the gambling currently has on them.

   3. Responses to question three provide the intervention desired.
